Here at Summit Place Kia in metro Detroit events have been moving along at such a high rate this spring that we find we have to catch up on some Kia news that has been sitting on the back burner for a number of weeks.
In the flurry of announcements, auto show introductions and LPGA Kia Classic News, we neglected to mention the latest news about the Kia Soul. It turns out that top online parenting site MotherProof.com has recognized the new Kia Soul by naming it to their 2010 “Top Cars for Families” list. Citing the Soul’s family-focused features, the web site notes that the Kia hatchback offers versatility, safety features, styling and value.

Winners are then chosen based on family-friendly criteria set forth by the reviewers, including ease of entrance and exit for all passengers, LATCH connector usability and easy seatbelt usage, among other features.
