Here at metro Detroit Kia dealer Summit Place Kia, we are pleased to announce additional news about the YO GABBA GABBA! LIVE: THERE’S A PARTY IN MY CITY! Tour that kicked off last Friday, August 27th and that’s scheduled to appear at the Fox Theatre here in Detroit on Friday, October 8th!
According to the promoters, Amanda Palmer & Jason Webley, Big Head Todd, Citizen Cope, Drive-By Truckers, Keller Williams, Kid Koala, Leslie Hall, Mates of State, Money Mark, OK Go, Pretty Lights, Steel Train, Sunbears!, The Aquabats, The Salteens, The Worsties, Toubab Krewe, Unicycle , Zac Brown and others to be announced at later date will take the stage as Super Music Friends during the tour.

NEW YORK, Aug. 25 – Kia Motors Presents YO GABBA GABBA! LIVE!: THERE’S A PARTY IN MY CITY! announced today the first set of musical guests who will join DJ Lance Rock and the rest of the Gabba Gang live on stage to perform a song in each city during their 60 city North American tour. One band will be featured at each show as the Super Music Friends performer. The tour kicks-off this Friday, August 27 in Bethel, NY and ends December 12 in Dallas, TX. Surprise celebrity guests will also join the party on stage for the Dancey Dance segment and hip-hop legend Biz Markie will teach the kids how to beat box with “Biz’s Beat of the Day.”
Heading back on the road, Kia Motors Presents YO GABBA GABBA! LIVE!: THERE’S A PARTY IN MY CITY! will make stops at top theaters, arenas and amphitheaters on the upcoming tour. Featuring music, singing, dancing and animation, Kia Motors Presents YO GABBA GABBA!
